Can't see how ready grated can ever be cheaper, it may look a lot but check the weight!

ReplyDeleteYou are right. The end and sides of a cheese are used for grated cheese. That's why it doesn't taste like real cheese. The end bits are more dried out than the rest, so it won't be as sticky.
